FAQ
Your Questions, Answered.
Learn more about the different programs available, how the coaching process is structured, and the simple steps required to get started.
Online coaching is built to give you all the benefits of having a personal trainer — without needing to meet in person. After signing up, you’ll complete an onboarding questionnaire so I can understand your goals, experience level, schedule, and available equipment.
From there, I’ll create a personalized training and nutrition plan tailored specifically to you. You’ll access everything through a coaching app or dashboard, where you can track workouts, log progress, upload form videos, and communicate with me directly.
Each week, I review your check-in, make any needed adjustments, and provide feedback and guidance to keep you moving forward with confidence.
We stay in contact throughout the whole week, not just at check-in. You can message me directly inside the coaching app whenever a question comes up about a movement, a substitution, or how to handle a day that did not go to plan.
Every week you submit a structured check-in covering training, nutrition, energy, sleep and any form videos you want reviewed. I respond with written feedback, adjustments for the week ahead, and a clear focus for the next seven days.
If something urgent comes up between check-ins, you are never left waiting. Most messages get a reply the same day.
Results depend on your starting point, your consistency, and how well the plan fits your life — which is exactly why everything is built around you rather than a template.
Most clients notice improved energy, better technique and stronger sessions within the first three to four weeks. Visible changes in body composition typically follow between weeks six and twelve, as strength and habits compound.
What I can promise is a clear plan, honest feedback, and steady progress you can actually measure. No crash diets, no extreme phases, and nothing you cannot maintain once the program ends.
Nutrition guidance is included in 1:1 Online Coaching and in the Training + Nutrition Combo. You get personalized calorie and macro targets, simple meal structures, and practical strategies for eating out, travelling and busy weeks.
The Custom Training Plan and the 12-Week Lean & Strong Blueprint focus on training, and include a simple nutrition framework rather than full coaching. You can add personalized nutrition guidance to either one.
The approach is always the same: no banned foods, no rigid meal plans, just habits you can repeat for years.
Absolutely. A large share of my clients start with little or no lifting experience, and the onboarding process is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Beginners start with movement patterns, controlled technique and manageable loads before anything gets heavier. You will get video demonstrations for every exercise and form reviews so you know you are doing things correctly from the start.
The goal early on is confidence and consistency. Intensity is added gradually, only once the foundation is solid.
No. Your program is built around the equipment you actually have, whether that is a full commercial gym, a garage setup, or a pair of dumbbells and a resistance band at home.
During onboarding you tell me what you have access to and how much space you can use. I then design the plan around that, choosing movements that deliver the same stimulus with the equipment available to you.
If your situation changes mid-program — you travel, switch gyms or lose access for a few weeks — I adjust the plan so you keep progressing instead of pausing.
Injuries and limitations are accounted for from day one. The onboarding questionnaire covers your history, current symptoms, and any movements that cause discomfort, so nothing in your plan works against you.
Exercises are selected and adapted around what feels good, and we build strength in the ranges you can control before expanding from there. Where appropriate, I include mobility and stability work to support the area.
I am a coach, not a medical professional. If something needs clinical assessment I will say so directly, and I am happy to work alongside your physiotherapist or doctor so training and rehab pull in the same direction.
You finish with more than a completed block of training. You will understand the reasoning behind your program, how to progress a lift, and how to adjust when life gets busy.
Many clients continue with ongoing coaching at a lower touch point, while others move to a new training block or take what they have learned and train independently. All three are good outcomes.
If you decide to continue, we review your results together and set the focus for the next phase. If you decide to go it alone, you leave with the structure and knowledge to keep progressing on your own.
